How long does it take to assemble the Ninja FlexFlame?We've carefully constructed the product and assembly instructions to be as easy as possible, you will need two people to lift the fire box onto the base. Do I need both electricity and propane to use the unit?For optimal performance, use both electricity and propane with your grill. Plug the grill into a 3-prong grounded outdoor-rated extension cord and connect a standard 20-lb LP propane tank (both not included).
What is the Ninja FlexFlame Shipping and Returns Policy?Free shipping from Ninja. Your grill will typically be ready for delivery in 3-5 business days. Delivery requires your signature, so the shipping carrier (Seko Logistics) will contact you to schedule an appointment. Your Ninja™ FlexFlame™ will arrive on a pallet and be placed in the first dry area such as garage or back porch. LIMITED RETURNS POLICY: This item may be returned up to 60 days from purchase date. Item must be unopened, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. Please contact Ninja Customer Service to assist with your return. Refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of item.
Where can I store the grill?The grill is weather-resistant and may be stored outdoors. We recommend keeping the grill covered, with the Ninja FlexFlame Upgrades Cover, when not in use and close gas tank.
