"1. Preheat the Unit
Always let your Ninja Air Fryer preheat for 3 minutes before adding ingredients. This ensures the best cooking and crisping results.
2. Use the Crisper Plate
The crisper plate promotes overall browning. Insert it in the basket every time you air fry — it elevates food so hot air can circulate underneath and crisp ingredients evenly.
3. Prepare Your Ingredients
For fresh vegetables, toss in at least 1 tablespoon of oil before cooking. Add a little more to achieve your preferred level of crispiness. For even browning, don't overcrowd the basket — space ingredients out in a single layer.
4. Select Your Cooking Function
The Ninja Air Fryer offers four functions:

5. Shake or Toss During Cooking
For best results, frequently shake the basket or toss food with silicone-tipped tongs throughout cooking. Check progress regularly and remove food when the desired level of brownness is reached."
