Egg Frittata with Hash Browns and Bacon

Frittatas are an easy and tasty breakfast or brunch dish! Similar to a quiche, frittatas are gluten free with no crust and usually feature cheese, vegetables and often bacon or ham. Serve it with your favorite hot sauce for a bit of spice!

TIP:

Substitute any shredded, grated, or crumbled cheese of your preference for the cheddar cheese in Step 5. Feta makes for a delicious frittata. You can also skip the bacon to make this vegetarian.
