Ingredients
- 1 ounce hot water
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- Ice cubes, as needed
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) almond milk
- 1 ½ ounces gin
- 1 ounce amaretto liqueur
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Place an 8oz mug under the coffee spout. Select HOT WATER and set the quantity to 6 ounces. Press start.
Step 2
Once program is complete, add 2 tablespoons hot water to the milk jug. Discard remaining hot water. Add the matcha to the milk jug and place jug on the milk jug platform. Press the FROTH TYPE button and select COLD FOAM. Press MILK TYPE button to select DAIRY. Press START to begin the program.
Step 3
Once program is complete, add matcha mixture to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Add the milk, gin, amaretto, and white chocolate sauce. Place the lid onto the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into a martini glass. Serve immediately.
