Ingredients
- 2 tbsp thyme vanilla syrup
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Double shot cold pressed espresso
- 2/3 cup (5 ounces) tonic water
Instructions
Step 1
Add thyme vanilla syrup to a 10-ounce glass filled with ice cubes. Place glass under the coffee spout and select COLD-PRESSED and set quantity to double shot. Press START to begin the program.
Step 2
Once program is complete, top with tonic and stir. Serve immediately.
Step 3
TIP: To make your own vanilla thyme syrup, combine ¼ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup water, 5 fresh thyme sprigs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a small pot. Bring to a boil then remove from heat and strain out the thyme sprigs.
