1. The program. By opting in to SharkNinja's text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS and MMS) from SharkNinja at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include new product launches, promotions, rewards, back-in-stock alerts, and reminders related to your browsing or basket activity (such as items left in your cart). Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
2. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to agree to receive text messages to buy any SharkNinja product or service.
3. Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages we send to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
4. Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed; you will then receive no further messages from that program. If you are subscribed to more than one SharkNinja messaging program, you must opt out of each separately. You can rejoin at any time by signing up again.

6. Delivery. The program is offered on an as-is basis and may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. 7. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the mobile number provided, or have the account holder's permission, to enroll.
8. Privacy. Our collection and use of your information in connection with the program is described in our Privacy Policy, including the Text Messaging section. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; opt-in data and consent are shared only with service providers assisting in message delivery.
9. Changes. We may update these terms, the short code, or the program from time to time.
