Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 cups new potatoes, halved
- 3 thyme sprigs, leaves picked
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 1 pork tenderloin (approx.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
1. To a large bowl, add potatoes, thyme, 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat and set aside. Install the Crisper Plate into the CleanCrisp™ Glassware, then add the pork to the center and evenly coat in remaining oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika then add the potatoes around the pork in an even layer. Place the CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
2. Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Turn the dial to set the microwave time to 8:00. Press the AIR FRY button, then turn the dial to 17:00. Press the dial to start cooking.
3. When 8:00 minutes remain in air frying, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit. Flip the pork and toss the potatoes then return the CleanCrisp™ Glassware to the unit to continue cooking.
4. When 4 minutes remain in air frying, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCriap™ Glassware from the unit and check pork for doneness. Cooking is complete when beef’s internal temperature reaches 135°F on an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the pork.
5. When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit, allow pork to rest for 5-10 minutes (pork will continue to carry over cook) before slicing and serving alongside the potatoes.
