EWG health guidelines
The following Information and data has been provided by the Environmental Working Group's Tap Water Database, an educational campaign designed to raise public awareness about water. EWG’s Tap Water Database was developed to compile tap water quality testing data from all 50 states and the District of Columbia that users can search to find detected contaminants in their utilities’ drinking water. EWG’s Tap Water Database provides information on the health effects of those contaminants and recommendations for levels of those contaminants to protect public health based on the best available science.
