Ninja Slushi Jersey Shore Themed Gift with Purchase Offer (“Offer”)
Terms and Conditions
Offer begins 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 24, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on May 29 or when all available “Gifts” (as defined below) have been claimed, whichever is sooner (“Offer Period”). Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility: Offer is open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of SharkNinja Operating LLC (“SharkNinja”), their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Offer (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.
How to Participate: During the Offer Period, purchase a Ninja SLUSHi™ Twist, Model Number FS701, online at www.SharkNinja.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the Offer claim form. The first 100 eligible individuals to complete an eligible purchase will receive a Limited Edition Snooki x JWoww SLUSHi Sundays Kit (each, a “Gift”), while supplies last. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Gift: $100.00. SharkNinja determination as to the order of participants who complete an eligible purchase will be final. Limit one (1) Gift per person and per household for the entire Offer Period.
General Conditions: This Offer may not be used in combination with any other offer, discount, or coupon. By participating in this Offer, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions of this Offer and agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of SharkNinja, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Offer. In the event a participant is found to be in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, he/she/they may be required to reimburse SharkNinja for the stated value of the Gift. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer, as solely determined by SharkNinja, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in SharkNinja sole opinion, compromised by non‐authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of SharkNinja, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness of this Offer, SharkNinja reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate this Offer. Offer valid only to individual consumers. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored.
Release: By participating, participant further agrees to release and hold Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, injury, harm and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any item provided, the administration of the Offer, participation in the Offer or in any Offer‐related activities and participant assumes all liability in connection therewith.
Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited, the participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Offer, or any item provided, or the determination of an Offer recipient, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out‐of‐pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will the participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and the participants hereby waive any and all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out‐of‐pocket expenses and participants hereby waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By participating in the Offer, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of SharkNinja, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Offer. By participating in the Offer, each participant waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Terms and Conditions. The failure or delay by SharkNinja in enforcing any particular clause, provision, or aspect of these Terms and Conditions shall not impact the validity, enforceability, or effect of such clause, provision or aspect, or any other clause, provision, or aspect of these Terms and Conditions.
Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participant and SharkNinja in connection with the Offer, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
