Kevin Hart's Seasoned Sweet Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 2 ½ pounds sweet potatoes, cut in ½ inch wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
Instructions
Step 1
Insert the crisper plate into the 6-quart container. In a large bowl add the sweet potatoes, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat sweet potatoes.
Step 2
Place potato wedges on the crisper plate. Insert the container into the station. Use the dial to select AIR FRY, set temperature to 400°F and set time to 30 minutes. Press start to begin cooking.
Step 3
When 20 minutes remain on the timer, pull container out of the station and use silicone-tipped tongs to gently toss wedges. Reinsert container to station to resume cooking.
Step 4
When 10 minutes remain on the timer, pull container out of the station and use silicone-tipped tongs to gently toss wedges. Reinsert container to station to resume cooking.
Step 5
When cooking is complete, remove container from station and serve immediately.
