Iced Chocolate Strawberry Latte

- Ice cubes, as needed
- 3 tablespoons strawberry syrup, divided
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- Double shot cold pressed espresso
- ¼ cup (2 ounces) heavy cream
- ¾ cup (6 ounces) whole milk
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a 16 ounce glass with ice cubes, and top ice with 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup and chocolate syrup. Place glass under the coffee spout and select COLD-PRESSED and set quantity to double shot.
Step 2
Fill milk jug to the 2-ounce line with heavy cream. Add 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup and place jug on the milk jug platform. Press the FROTH TYPE button and select COLD FOAM. Press MILK TYPE button to select DAIRY. Press START to begin the program.
Step 3
Once program is complete, add the whole milk to the espresso and stir to combine. Top with cold foam. Serve immediately.
Step 4
Tip: Make your own strawberry syrup by combining 1/2 cup chopped strawberries with ½ cup granulated sugar. Stir to combine, place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight, then strain to remove strawberry pieces. Keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
