Espresso Martini with Boozy Cold Foam

Ingredients
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Double shot cold pressed espresso
- ¼ cup (2 ounces) heavy cream
- 2 ½ ounces Irish cream, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ½ ounces coffee liqueur
- Espresso beans, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Place a cocktail shaker filled with ice under the coffee spout. Select COLD-PRESSED and set quantity to double shot.
Step 2
Fill milk jug to the 2-ounce line with heavy cream. Add ½ ounce (2 tablespoons) Irish cream and vanilla syrup and place jug on the milk jug platform. Press the FROTH TYPE button and select COLD FOAM. Press MILK TYPE button to select DAIRY. Press START to begin the program.
Step 3
Once program is complete, add 2 ounces Irish cream, vodka, and coffee liqueur to the cocktail shaker. Place the lid on the cocktail shaker.
Step 4
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into a martini glass.
Step 5
Pour cold foam over martini, garnish with espresso beans and serve.
