Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pitaya pieces
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, stemmed and quartered
  • 3/4 cup pineapple, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Toppings (optional)

  • Pineapple chunks
  • Berries
  • Seeds
  • Yogurt

Utensils needed

  • Blender

Instructions

Step 1
Place all ingredients into a blender pitcher and blend on high until smooth, about 60 seconds

Step 2
Pour mixture into an empty CREAMi™ pint up to the max fill line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install CreamerizerPaddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place

Step 4
Select SMOOTHIE BOWL.

Step 5
When processing is complete, transfer from pint into a bowl and garnish with desired toppings.
