Cheesy Taquito Bake
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 ounces) red enchilada sauce, divided
- 1 box (20 ounces) frozen chicken taquitos
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions, divided
- 1/3 cup diced red onions, divided
- Cilantro, roughly chipped for garnish
- Sour cream, for garnish
1. Spread one third of the enchilada sauce in the bottom of the CleanCrisp™ Glassware then arrange half of the frozen taquitos on top followed by an even layer of the refried beans. Then add one third of the enchilada sauce evenly to the top half of the green and red onions and half of the Mexican cheese then top with the remaining enchilada sauce
2. Place the CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP position. Press FUSIONCRISP. Set microwave time to 13:00 minutes. Press AIR FRY, set dial to 6:00 minutes. Press dial to begin cooking.
3. When microwave cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit, top with the remaining cheese and green and red onion and return to unit to continue cooking.
4. When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit garnish with cilantro and sour cream and serve.
