Boozy Strawberry Sorbet
If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more.

- 3 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup TRULY Berry Punch
- 4 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons TRULY Berry Punch
- Blender
- Fine-Mesh Strainer
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
Step 2
Strain base through a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds and pour into an empty CREAMi™ pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Step 3
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Step 4
Select SORBET.
Step 5
When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.

Select TOP, FULL, or BOTTOM, then use the dial to select SORBET.

When processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint and serve immediately.
