Boozy Passion Peach Sorbet

NOTE:

If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, run the RE-SPIN program to process the mixture a little more if not adding mix-ins.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup TRULY Passionfruit Seltzer
  • 3 tablespoons raw agave nectar
  • 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) peaches in heavy syrup, drained, syrup discarded
  • 1 1/2 cups TRULY Passionfruit Seltzer
  • 4 tablespoons + 1 1/2 teaspoons raw agave nectar
  • 1 1/2 cans (15 1/4 ounces) peaches in heavy syrup, drained, syrup discarded

Utensils needed

  • Large Bowl
  • Whisk

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk the seltzer and agave together until agave is dissolved.

Step 2
Pour peaches into an empty CREAMi™ Pint up to the MAX FILL line. Pour seltzer and agave mixture over peaches up to the MAX FILL line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Step 4
Select SORBET.

Step 5
When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.

Step 4
Select TOP, FULL, or BOTTOM, then use the dial to select SORBET.

Step 5
When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.
