Blueberry Pancake Cold Brew

- Ice cubes, as needed
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch kosher salt
- 12 ounces cold brew, freshly brewed
- ¼ cup (2 ounces) heavy cream
- 3 tbsp blueberry syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a 16 ounce glass with ice cubes, and top ice with maple syrup and salt. Place glass under the coffee spout and select COLD-BREW and set the quantity to 12 ounces.
Step 2
Fill milk jug to the 2 ounce line with heavy cream. Add blueberry syrup and place jug on the milk jug platform. Press the FROTH TYPE button and select COLD FOAM. Press MILK TYPE button to select DAIRY. Press START to begin the program.
Step 3
Once program is complete, stir the cold brew to ensure maple syrup and salt have dissolved, then top with cold foam. Serve immediately.
Step 4
Tip: Make your own blueberry syrup by combining ½ cup crushed blueberries with ½ cup granulated sugar. Stir to combine, place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight, then strain to remove blueberry pieces. Keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
