Tom's Mexico v South Africa Twist
A dual-vessel frozen drink process where separate mixtures are prepared, loaded into two containers, and then simultaneously processed using SLUSHASSIST™. The machine automatically chills and textures both drinks to optimal consistency, with indicators signaling when ready. Once finished, drinks are dispensed from the center tap, optionally garnished, and served immediately.

Ingredients
Left Vessel:
5 cups green berry Hawaiian Punch
1 cup vodka
Right Vessel:
6 cups passionfruit nectar, or mango nectar if needed
Step 1
In a pitcher or large bowl, whisk together left vessel ingredients until fully combined. Pour mixture into vessel #1.
Step 2
In a pitcher or large bowl, whisk together right vessel ingredients until fully combined. Pour mixture into vessel #2.
Step 3
Select DUAL SLUSHASSIST™ button in center of control panel to activate SLUSHASSIST in both vessels. The unit will sense ingredients for 10–15 minutes and set the texture for your beverage, displaying in BLUE on the temperature range.
Step 4
Once frozen drinks reach optimal temperature, the unit will beep, all LEDs will be solid BLUE, and READY indicator will illuminate. Adjust as needed using the temperature control buttons.
Step 5
Place a cup in the center of the drip tray and dispense by gently pulling the middle handle while spinning the drip tray using the front wheel. Release the handle when cup is 3/4 full.
Step 6
Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
