Ingredients

SYRUP

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup rhubarb, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water

SODA

  • 2 tablespoons prepared strawberry rhubarb syrup, or more as desired

Utensils needed

  • Fine-Mesh Strainer
  • Small Saucepan

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all SYRUP ingredients in a small pot, bring ingredients to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain syrup and allow to cool.

Step 2
Fill water reservoir with ice and water and place on dock and place a 6oz+ glass on the cup tray.

Step 3
Select HIGH FIZZ, and 6OZ SIZE. Press START to begin dispensing. When dispensing is complete, an audible sound will be heard.

Step 4
Add strawberry rhubarb syrup to the Thirsti Sparkling Water and stir to combine.
