Strawberry Matcha Latte Frappe
A dual-vessel frozen drink process where separate mixtures are prepared, loaded into two containers, and then simultaneously processed using SLUSHASSIST™. The machine automatically chills and textures both drinks to optimal consistency, with indicators signaling when ready. Once finished, drinks are dispensed from the center tap, optionally garnished, and served immediately.

Lavender adds a soft floral note that is trending alongside botanical flavors broadly, while also mirroring Starbucks’ spring matcha lineup. This is the “elevated café drink” frozen.
Directions
- Pour Nesquik® Strawberry Milk into Vessel #1.
- In a pitcher or large bowl, add the matcha powder and 1 cup of milk. Mix using a whisk or immersion blender for better incorporation. Add the remaining ingredients and milk, then whisk or blend until fully combined. Pour the mixture into Vessel #2.
- Select the DUAL SLUSHASSIST™ button in the center of the control panel to activate SLUSHASSIST™ in both vessels. The unit will sense the ingredients for 10–15 minutes and automatically set the optimal texture for your beverage, displaying in blue on the temperature range.
- Once the frozen drinks reach the optimal temperature, the unit will beep, all LEDs will be solid blue, and the READY indicator will illuminate. Adjust as needed using the temperature control buttons.
- Place a cup in the center of the drip tray and dispense by gently pulling the middle handle while spinning the drip tray using the front wheel. Release the handle when the cup is three-quarters full.
- Garnish with a strawberry, if desired, and serve immediately.
