Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, diced in 1 /4-inch pieces

  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced in 1 /4-inch pieces

  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt 1 /2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 cup long grain white rice

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasonings

  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa

  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

  • 1 can (15.25 ounces) corn, drained

  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) black beans, drained

  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

  • Cilantro, chopped, for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients except cheese and cilantro to the CleanCrisp™ Glassware and stir to evenly combine. Place the CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
  2. Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Turn the dial to set microwave time to 30:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 8:00 minutes. Press dial to start cooking.
  3. When 15:00 minutes remain in microwave cooking, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit, stir the mixture, and add cheese on top in an even layer. Then return to the unit to continue cooking.
  4. When cooking is complete, remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from unit, and allow to sit for 5–10 minutes before garnishing with cilantro and serving.
