Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini, ends trimmed, cut into

  • 1-inch half moons half a red onion, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil, divided

  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • Ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  • 1 /2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 frozen skinless salmon fillets (8 ounces each)


  1. In a large bowl, add zucchini, onion, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, 1 /2 tablespoon oil, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic powder toss to combine, and set aside. Install the Crisper Plate in the CleanCrisp™ Glassware. Place the salmon in the center, then place basket in the TOP POSITION.
  2. Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Turn dial to set microwave time to 4:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 12:00 minutes. Press dial to start cooking.
  3. When microwave cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from unit and add 1 /2 tablespoon oil, salt and pepper to the salmon then add the vegetables around the salmon in an even layer then return to the unit to continue cooking.
  4. When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit. Cooking is complete when an instant read thermometer reads 145°F in the thickest part of the salmon. Serve immediately.
