1 small zucchini, ends trimmed, cut into

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1 /2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 frozen skinless salmon fillets (8 ounces each)
- In a large bowl, add zucchini, onion, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, 1 /2 tablespoon oil, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic powder toss to combine, and set aside. Install the Crisper Plate in the CleanCrisp™ Glassware. Place the salmon in the center, then place basket in the TOP POSITION.
- Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Turn dial to set microwave time to 4:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 12:00 minutes. Press dial to start cooking.
- When microwave cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from unit and add 1 /2 tablespoon oil, salt and pepper to the salmon then add the vegetables around the salmon in an even layer then return to the unit to continue cooking.
- When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit. Cooking is complete when an instant read thermometer reads 145°F in the thickest part of the salmon. Serve immediately.
