1 box (16 ounces) cavatappi pasta

4 cans (12 ounces each) cans evaporated milk

1 /2 tablespoon kosher salt

1 /2 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 /2 teaspoon onion powder

1 /2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 /4 teaspoon paprika

6 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 /2 cup whole milk
- Add pasta, evaporated milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to the CleanCrisp™ Glassware. Stir to combine, ensuring all pasta is fully submerged. Place the CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
- Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Turn the dial to set the microwave time to 23:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 11:00 minutes. Press the dial to start cooking.
- When 11 minutes remain in the microwave cooking cycle, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit. Stir the pasta to ensure it cooks evenly, then return it to the unit to continue cooking.
- When microwave cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit. Add 4 cups of cheese and milk, then stir until the cheese is melted and evenly combined. Add the remaining cheese to the top in an even layer and return to the unit to continue cooking.
- When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit and let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving.
