Mimosa & Blood Mary
A dual-vessel frozen drink process where separate mixtures are prepared, loaded into two containers, and then simultaneously processed using SLUSHASSIST™. The machine automatically chills and textures both drinks to optimal consistency, with indicators signaling when ready. Once finished, drinks are dispensed from the center tap, optionally garnished, and served immediately.

VESSEL 2: Bloody Mary Slushi Twist
INGREDIENTS 2 SERVINGS:

1½ cups Bloody Mary Mix

2 tbsp Pickle Juice
-
¾ tsp Hot Sauce

⅓ cup Vodka
4 SERVINGS:

3 cups Bloody Mary Mix

¼ cup Pickle Juice

1½ tsp Hot Sauce

⅔ cup Vodka
6 SERVINGS:

4⅔ cups Bloody Mary Mix

⅓ cup Pickle Juice

2 tsp Hot Sauce

1 cup Vodka
*Optional Garnishes: Tajin rim, pickle spear, lime wedge, celery salt rim
DIRECTIONS

Pour the Mimosa ingredients into vessel #1.

In a pitcher or large bowl, whisk together Bloody Mary ingredients until fully combined. Pour mixture into vessel #2.

Select DUAL SLUSHASSIST™ button in center of control panel to activate SLUSHASSIST in both vessels. The unit will sense ingredients for 10–15 minutes and set the texture for your beverage, displaying in BLUE on the temperature range.

Once frozen drinks reach optimal temperature, the unit will beep, all LEDs will be solid BLUE, and READYindicator will illuminate. Adjust as needed using the temperature control buttons.

Place a cup in the center of the drip tray and dispense by gently pulling both handles while spinning the drip tray using the front wheel. Release the handle when cup is ¾ full.

Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
