Mangoada “Kick off"

A dual-vessel frozen drink process where separate mixtures are prepared, loaded into two containers, and then simultaneously processed using SLUSHASSIST™. The machine automatically chills and textures both drinks to optimal consistency, with indicators signaling when ready. Once finished, drinks are dispensed from the center tap, optionally garnished, and served immediately.

Ingredients

2–3 Servings

  • 2 ¾ cups mango nectar
  • ¼ cup lime juice

4–6 Servings

  • 5 ½ cups mango nectar
  • ½ cup lime juice

7–9 Servings

  • 8 ¼ cups mango nectar
  • ¾ cup lime juice

10–12 Servings

  • 11 cups mango nectar
  • 1 cup lime juice

Toppings (optional)

  • Chamoy
  • Tajín

Directions

  1. In a pitcher or large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined, then pour mixture into the vessel.
  2. Select SLUSHASSIST™. The unit will sense ingredients for 10–15 minutes and set the texture for your beverage. If desired, adjust texture after it is set using temperature control arrows.
  3. Once frozen drink reaches optimal temperature, unit will beep, temperature LEDs will remain solid, and “ENJOY” will appear. Garnish and serve immediately.
