2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 cups Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed, halved

2 tablespoons canola oil

Kosher salt, as desired

Ground black pepper, as desired

2 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

(6–10 oz each), patted dry
- Combine Dijon mustard and honey in a small bowl and set aside.
- To a large bowl, add Brussels sprouts, oil, salt and pepper and toss to evenly coat; set aside. Install the Crisper Plate into the CleanCrisp™ Glassware, add chicken thighs to the left side and season with salt and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts to the right side in an even layer. Place CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
- Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Then use the dial to set the microwave time to 7:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 15:00 minutes. Press dial to start cooking.
- When 7:00 minutes remain in air frying, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit, toss the Brussels sprouts then return to the unit to continue cooking.
- When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from unit and brush chicken with prepared honey Dijon sauce. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the Brussels sprouts and serve immediately.
