2 jars (25 ounces each) tomato basil pasta sauce

2 boxes (9 ounces each) oven-ready lasagna sheets (18 sheets total)

2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Cheese Filling

1 container (15 ounces) whole milk ricotta cheese

1 egg
-
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl add all cheese filling ingredients, stir to evenly combine and set aside.
- Add 1 cup pasta sauce to the bottom of the CleanCrisp ™ Glassware. Then add a layer of pasta (4 1/2 sheets) followed by 2 /3 cup cheese filling dolloped evenly on top of the pasta sheets, and 1 cup pasta sauce. Then spread to evenly cover the pasta. Repeat this step 2 more times, then top evenly with mozzarella cheese, and place CleanCrisp ™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
- Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Turn the dial to set microwave time to 20:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 8:00 minutes. Press dial to start cooking.
- When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp ™ Glassware from the unit then allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
