Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 medium Russet potatoes

  • 2–4 tablespoons salted butter

  • Ground black pepper, as desired

  1. Install Crisper Plate in the CleanCrisp™ Glassware. Poke potatoes with a fork all over, coat with oil and salt, and place on top of the crisper plate. Then, place the CleanCrisp™ Glassware in TOP POSITION.
  2. Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Turn the dial to set the microwave time to 14:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 10:00 minutes. Then press dial to start cooking.
  3. When cooking is complete use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from unit, cut open the potatoes, add 1–2 tablespoons of butter to each, and mash with a fork. Season with more salt and pepper as desired. See chart below for suggested toppings and serve immediately.
