Snooki's Pickleback Twist
Ingredients
Vessel 1: Pickleback Slush
2 Servings:
- 2 cups pickle juice
- 2 medium whole pickles
- ½ cup Irish whiskey
4 Servings:
- 3 cups pickle juice
- 3 medium whole pickles
- ¾ cup Irish whiskey
6 Servings:
- 4 cups pickle juice
- 4 medium whole pickles
- 1 cup Irish whiskey
Vessel 2: Passionfruit Marg
2 Servings:
- ½ cup tequila
- 2 tablespoons triple sec
- 1 ¾ cups passionfruit juice
- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
4 Servings:
- ¾ cup tequila
- 3 tablespoons triple sec
- 2 ½ cups passionfruit juice
- ½ cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
6 Servings:
- 1 cup tequila
- ¼ cup triple sec
- 3 ½ cups passionfruit juice
- ¾ cup lime juice
- 4 tablespoons agave nectar
Garnish (optional): Whole Dill Pickle
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, add pickleback ingredients and blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher or large bowl. Then pour into vessel #1.
Step 2
In a pitcher or a large bowl, whisk together passionfruit marg ingredients until fully combined. Pour mixture into vessel #2.
Step 3
Select DUAL SLUSHASSIST™ button in center of control panel to activate SLUSHASSIST in both vessels. The unit will sense ingredients for 10–15 minutes and set the texture for your beverage, displaying in BLUE on the temperature range.
Step 4
Once frozen drinks reach optimal temperature, the unit will beep, all LEDs will be solid BLUE, and READY indicator will illuminate. Adjust as needed using the temperature control buttons.
Step 5
Place a cup in the center of the drip tray and dispense by gently pulling the middle handle while spinning the drip tray using the front wheel. Release the handle when cup is ¾ full.
Step 6
Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
