Thierry Henry's Crispy Jerk Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Kosher salt, as desired
Instructions
Step 1
Place crisper plate in the 6-quart container then place wings on top. Add oil, jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder. Toss to coat wings.
Step 2
Insert the container into the station. Use the dial to select AIR FRY, set temperature to 400°F and set time to 35 minutes. Press start to begin cooking.
Step 3
When 17 minutes remain on the timer, pull container out of the station and use silicone-tipped tongs to gently toss wings. Reinsert container to station to resume cooking.
Step 4
When cooking is complete, remove container from station and serve immediately.
