Thalia's Beef & Cheese Stuffed Poblanos
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 poblano peppers, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Add the ground beef to the 2.5-quart container. Add taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
Step 2
Insert the container into the station. Use the dial to select AIR FRY, set temperature to 400°F and set time to 18 minutes. Press start to begin cooking.
Step 3
When 9 minutes remain on the timer, pull container out of the station and use a wooden spoon to break up the meat. Add in the tomatoes and corn then reinsert container into station to resume cooking.
Step 4
When cooking is complete, remove container from station.
Step 5
Place crisper plate in the 6-quart container and place peppers on top and lightly brush with oil. Insert the container into the station. Use the dial to select AIR FRY, set temperature to 400°F and set time to 8 minutes. Press start to begin cooking.
Step 6
When cooking is complete and peppers are blistered, remove container from station.
Step 7
Spoon beef mixture into each pepper and top with cheese. Reinsert container into the station. Use the dial to select AIR FRY, set temperature to 375°F and set time to 5 minutes.
Step 8
When cooking is complete and cheese is melted, remove container from station and serve immediately.
