Heidi Klum's Pork Roast with Potato & Cabbage
Ingredients
- 2–3 pound pork roast (pork shoulder or pork loin)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 small head cabbage, cut into wedges
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
Step 1
Place crisper plate in the 6-quart container then pork on top. Rub with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and dried thyme. Let sit for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, toss cabbage with remaining oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Insert the container into the station. Use the dial to select ROAST, set temperature to 375°F and set time to 60 minutes. Press start to begin cooking.
Step 4
When 30 minutes remain on the timer, pull container out of the station and use silicone-tipped tongs to flip pork. Add potatoes around the pork. Reinsert container to station to resume cooking.
Step 5
When 15 minutes remain on the timer, pull container out of the station and add cabbage. Reinsert container to station to resume cooking.
Step 6
When cooking is complete, remove container from station and let pork sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with potatoes and cabbage.
