Easy Baked Salmon

TIP:

If you don’t have Italian herb seasoning, make your own by combining 1/4 teaspoon of each: thyme, parsley, oregano, and basil.

TIP:

Broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes in the oven for a crispy result. Make sure to keep a close eye, as the salmon can quickly overcook!

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (approx. 6 ounces each)
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 lemon lemon, sliced thin
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Utensils needed

  • Small Bowl
  • Whisk

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2
Lightly spray Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ Premium 10” x 15” Baking Sheet with cooking spray. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch. Season tops of fillets with salt and pepper.

Step 4
Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it gently flakes apart with a fork.

Step 5
When cooking is complete, immediately transfer salmon to a plate.
