Coconut Espresso Martini
You’ll love this twist on a classic espresso martini. Coconut milk adds an extra creaminess to the drink and makes it delightful to sip while sitting by a fire or enjoying the holidays.
Tip:If you want it to be sweeter, add in 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.

Ingredients
- Water, as necessary
- 1 espresso capsules
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces unsweetened coconut milk

- Cocoa powder
- Cocktail Shaker
Instructions
Step 1
Fill the water reservoir to at least the Cup line.
Step 2
Lift the lever completely and insert the capsule at the correct orientation. Close the lever, adjust the cup platform as necessary, and place a cup on the platform.
Step 3
Press the Capsule Button and select ESPRESSO, then select START BREW. The progress bar on the display will illuminate to track the status of your brew. Let espresso cool.
Step 4
Add vodka, coffee liqueur, coconut milk, and to a shaker. Add in espresso and shake vigorously with ice, for about 40-50 seconds.
Step 5
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with cocoa powder.
