Ingredients

  • 1 bag (20 ounces) frozen waffle fries
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, divided
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced

  • Large Bowl

Instructions

Step 1
Install a crisper plate in both baskets. Place waffle fries in the Zone 1 basket, then insert basket in unit. Place Chicken wings in the Zone 2 basket, then insert basket in unit.

Step 2
Select Zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 400°F, and set time to 45 minutes. Select Zone 2, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 390°F, and set time to 40 minutes. Select SMART FINISH. Press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking.

Step 3
When time reaches 25 minutes, select START/PAUSE to pause cooking, remove baskets from unit and shake ingredients. Reinsert baskets and select START/PAUSE to resume cooking.

Step 4
When time reaches 5 minutes, select START/PAUSE to pause cooking, remove Zone 1 basket from unit and shake fries. Then evenly cover with cheese. Reinsert basket and select START/PAUSE to resume cooking.

Step 5
When cooking is complete, transfer wings to a large bowl and toss with Buffalo sauce. Transfer the fries to a plate and top with sour cream, bacon, and green onions.
