Turkey Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
- 1 pound ground turkey (93-99% lean)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 jar (32 ounces) marinara sauce
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 15 ounces whole milk ricotta
- 3 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella, divided
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 2 cups baby spinach, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 12 sheets uncooked, oven-ready lasagna noodles

Instructions
Step 1
Slide Combi Cooker Pan into Level 1. With the door open, flip the SmartSwitch to AIRFRY/STOVETOP. Select SEAR/SAUTE and set temperature to HI. Press START/STOP and let pan preheat in unit for 2 minutes.
Step 2
After 2 minutes, add oil and onions to Combi Cooker Pan, and with the door open, sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add ground turkey, garlic, Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon kosher salt and red chili flakes. With a wooden spoon or spatula, break up turkey and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the marinara sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
When cooking is complete, press START/STOP to turn off unit, and pour sauce into a bowl, set aside.
Step 5
In a large bowl, combine the egg, ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 6
Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce onto the bottom of the pan.
Step 7
To build the lasagna, layer 3 uncooked lasagna noodles then top with one third of the meat sauce and one third of the prepared cheese mixture. Repeat this process two more times.
Step 8
For the final layer, top 3 noodles with 1 cup meat sauce, remaining 1 cup mozzarella for 4 layers total. Cover lasagna with aluminum foil.
Step 9
Slide the pan into the Level 1. Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to AIR FRY/STOVE TOP.
Step 10
Select BAKE, set temperature to 375°F and set time to 40 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking. When 5 minutes remain, remove foil to brown the top of the lasagna.
Step 11
When cooking is complete, remove pan from unit. Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
