How does red light therapy work

Red light therapy uses photobiomodulation to reduce the signs of aging, this sounds complicated but it's not! When light is emitted from the mask it travels in photons which carry energy. Due to their wavelength, red light photons are absorbed in the dermis layer of the skin helping to produce more collagen in the dermis. More collagen will help the skin appear plump and firm reducing appearance of fine lines.
