Ingredients

  • 2 cups water, for steaming
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 package (16 ounces) store-bought pizza dough
  • 1 package (5.2-ounces) spreadable garlic and herb cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup roasted red peppers in oil, strained and diced

Instructions

Step 1
Add 2 cups water to the pot. Spray the bottom of the Ninja Multi-Purpose Pan (or 8-inch round baking pan) with cooking spray, avoiding the sides, and place the dough in the pan. Place the pan on the bottom layer of Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot.

Step 2
Close the lid and move slider to AIR FRY/STOVETOP. Select PROOF, set temperature to 95°F, and set time to 30 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin the rise.

Step 3
When the rise is complete, carefully remove the rack and pan. Place the dough ball on a clean work surface and roll into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.

Step 4
Evenly spread the cheese onto the dough and sprinkle with roasted red peppers. Roll the dough into a log and cut into 8 even pieces.

Step 5
Line the Ninja Multi-Purpose Pan with parchment paper. Place the pinwheels in the pan close together.

Step 6
Place the pan on the bottom layer of Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot.

Step 7
Close the lid and move slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & BAKE, set temperature to 325°F, and set time to 25 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx. 20 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).

Step 8
When cooking is complete, remove the rack and pan and let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
