Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bowl
Ingredients
LEVEL 1 (BOTTOM OF POT)
- 2 bags (10 ounces each) frozen cauliflower rice
- ¼ cup Primal Kitchen Buffalo Ranch Dressing
LEVEL 2 (TRAY)
- 2 boneless-skinless chicken breasts (5-6 ounces each)
- ½ cup Primal Kitchen Buffalo Ranch Dressing
TOPPINGS (optional)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- Primal Kitchen Buffalo Ranch Dressing, as desired
- Cutting Board
- Shallow Dish
- Silicone-Tipped Tongs
Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken breasts in a dish and evenly cover both sides with ½ cup Primal Kitchen Buffalo Ranch Dressing.
Step 2
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the pot and stir to combine.
Step 3
Pull out the legs on the Crisper Tray, then place the tray in the elevated position in the pot. Place the chicken on top of the tray.
Step 4
Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch™ to RAPID COOKER. Select SPEEDI MEALS, set temperature to 390°F, and set time to 18 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for approx. 10 minutes before crisping).
Step 5
When cooking is complete, transfer chicken to a cutting board and slice. Then use silicone-tipped tongs to grab the center handle and remove the tray from the unit. Transfer the cauliflower rice to two bowls, then top with chicken, shredded carrots, celery, and drizzle with more Primal Kitchen Buffalo Ranch Dressing, if desired.
