Early Talent Program

SharkNinja provides an experience that prepares Early Talent for a fast-paced, innovative and inclusive environment. Whether you are a undergraduate or graduate student looking for an internship or co-op, or someone making a career change, SharkNinja Early Talent participants will be deeply involved in meaningful work from day-one.

Our relentless pursuit of 5-star consumer reviews provides interns and co-ops the experience of a lifetime! You will be part of cross-functional, dynamic teams each and every day during your time at SharkNinja.

We have a wide range of roles we look to fill on a semi-annual basis. These roles range from: Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights and many more! We look to attract passionate, and innovative thinkers to join our community and create positive impact across the globe.

Culinary Intern

My internship at SharkNinja has provided me with an incredible opportunity to learn ins and outs of a test kitchen. I can hone my culinary skills, while also learning skills fundamental to working in a test kitchen. The fast-paced work environment also has made it so that I am constantly moving and organizing my time accordingly.

I have improved my time and project management skills, cross-functional communication, and learned how to work with and communicate with distributors in Australia + New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Israel and the Middle East. I have also experienced the variances between business practices amongst international regions.

Working at SharkNinja has helped me learn to adapt and pivot quickly. At first, I found it very hard to move at the pace of Shark projects, but now I feel as if my CAD skills have improved to finish tasks more quickly!

The most rewarding project I’ve worked on so far has been the Early Talent Program interview and onboarding experience. I know firsthand how challenging it is for students to get these opportunities, so being able to see them experience it from beginning to end, has been very fascinating and rewarding to me.

I am studying Product Design and Manufacturing for my masters – at SharkNinja I have the opportunity to better understand applying the design processes I have been learning to real world applications. There are projects to work on that are in all stages of development. My education now has practical perspective.
